How to get Help!

Service and support are delivered by Phone 10:00AM - 5:00PM (EST) Mon-Friday, and 10:00AM - 5:00PM (EST) on Saturday. E-mail support on a 24 hr basis and by phone callback. Electronic messages are received regularly and network monitoring is done on an hourly basis.

Off hours support is best done by e-mail however where this is not possible or is unworkable electronic phone massaging is picked up throughout the weekend and evening hours. Please note instructions on how to structure support requests for best results below. Please note also that all accounting requests are serviced on business hours Monday through Friday and must be handled in person, by email to billings@thunderstar.net, fax to 705-527-0933 or "snail mail".

All accounting matters regarding new accounts, reseller commissions, recruitment bonus credits, account modifications, holiday hold, cancellations and transfers MUST be handled by phone or in writing by our accounting staff. Note due to the increasing size of the network all modifications such as transfers or cancellations MUST be made 30 days in advance and must be confirmed that billing has been adjusted. Only then can we guarantee that your needs have been taken care of.
